What more can I say

Jonny Wilkinson

The greatest English fly-half retires from international rugby. I had to create this to commemorate his amazing test career. His name, his number and his points.

Branding

The main logo was for a potential company called 'P's in a Pod'.
It covers Publishing (the magazine and music publishing) - Photography,
Painting, Prints & Postcards and Promotion - hence all the Ps!

It's wasn't an option to get all the info into the logo so I had to create one simple logo, with sub headings where appropriate. The logo had to appear on Paypal receipts, emails, CD covers and web sites as a link. It had to be fairly small, but needed to work well in colour, mono and reversed out.

It also needed simple logos for, Hardy Music (the Music Publishing side), Chris Parker Photography (landscape photography)

Stationery Design

A full range of office stationery produced from start to finish to promote two local businesses. One, a restorer of antique furniture. They wanted simple elegant design. The business cards were finished with Matt lamination and Spot varnish. The other a self storage firm.

Invitations

These are a couple of invitations produced for a local Private school. One was to promote a Christmas Dinner taking place in London. The other was to invite guests to a dinner taking place before a game of international Rugby.

adidas illustration

It's fair to say I have a slight obsession with adidas originals. Especially Forest Hills. To have this as actual wallpaper would be fantastic. Created in Adobe Illustrator.

Hidden Corporate ID's

I guess if it wasn't for this blog, these logos would never see the light of day. These are a couple that were rejected by clients. However, I love them, but then I would. On reflection the 'BSFP', especially in the Cyan is very close to 'Skype'.

Business Card Design

Building and Property Maintenance company branding and business card design. They wanted very bold simple ideas. I presented 3 concepts to them - Hard hat and cement trowel. They decided on this 'tape measure' concept. It always nice when the customer picks your favourite too.

Photography Leaflet

This is the fourth leaflet for an ever evolving wedding Photographer. Crisp, simple and clean. Printed as a 4 pager on 300gsm uncoated stock.

Ambigram

Ambigrams. This is my attempt using Illustrator and Photoshop. Although very small it took me hours. Not quite to John Langdon standard but never the less I'm pleased with the attempt. If you're unsure what this is - look at it upside down.

My latest bit of self promotion. A6 flyers to promote my Personalised and One-prints. You've all seen 'Keep Calm and Carry On'. Well, any words, any colour, any style.

My new rubber stamp

Just taken delivery of my new personalised rubber stamp. Great way to brand items up quickly and cost effectively. Looks fantastic on uncoated/recycled style materials. Adds a some what personal touch to packages. Lets hope customers appreciate this too.

Only Fools and Horses Quote Print

As a huge Only Fools and Horse fan, this 'Quote' print was a no brainer, and a lot of fun to design.

Arsenal - Highbury Stadium Illustration

Illustration of the now redeveloped Highbury Avenell Road Stand Facadé. I have always loved the Deco architecture of this building. So with the help of lots of photographs, I managed to recreate this in Illustrator. SIgned prints are available to buy. In case anybody cares - I'm not an Arsenal fan.
